Do you think the goal should be more defined and clear rather than an abstract quote.
A goal is a sentence containing a metric, a direction, a size and a date. "Raise the share of new teams who invite a second member within seven days from 22% to 35% by the end of Q3." Anyone on the team can now judge whether a design idea serves it.
