Finding people to talk to

Two directions, and a programme that lasts needs both.

Going to them. Cold outreach to people who match the screener. A landing page with advertising pointed at it, where the sign-ups become the interview list and the conversion rate is itself a finding.

Bringing them to you. Running a meetup. Speaking. Teaching something you already know well. Slower to start and considerably better once it is running: people who came to you have already declared an interest, and they arrive without the suspicion that cold outreach earns.

Line up around ten prospects per iteration so that a wave of five to eight conversations still happens after the no-shows.

Keep the list somewhere shared, with what you asked and what you heard beside each name. The second iteration is only cheaper than the first if somebody wrote the first one down.
